They are always super rude! I was in there for hours until they sent me home because they said they couldn't do anything about my breathing and swollen throat. I woke up the next morning and i had to schedule an appointment in Cold Spring i could not breath that well. Found out i have bronchitis. I would remove a star, however not all the doctors here are bad. (The Brevers are amazing) The doctor I have been seeing the last year or so does not listen to my issues and tells me I'm wrong. the receptionists at the front when I went in. Were talking EXTREMELY loud causing disturbances. They need to have a talking to about being as loud. It created avery UNCOMFORTABLE experience for me
The staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was done quickly and smoothly and it didn't take very long to get in, do some testing, and leave. Very little wait time. The clinic was clean and handicapped accessible in parking as well as bathrooms and doorways. I was impressed the first time I came last fall, and I have been coming here since. I would highly recommend this place.
