This hospital has the worst in patient contact that I have ever seen in any hospital!!and its not just this one time! its each and everytime a patients in their care! its impossible to make contact with your loved ones, not to mention the nurses nor the Doctors return any call with updates..hands down the worst hospital to be in!!if you have an option id recommend not useing saint Cloud hospital
Don't Go Here. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, THE STAFF WILL IGNORE YOU AND THROW AWAY ELDERLY VETERANS BELONGINGS AWAY. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. GO TO ANY OTHER HOSPITAL IN MINNESOTA. IVE ALREADY TALKED TO PATIENT RELATIONS WITH NO RESOLUTION IN SIGHT.
I only have high accolades about everyone here. In our time of need they were all very attentive and friendly. There was no waiting in the ER, my husband got immediate care, always someone there to catch him should his body fail.
Horrible front reception service!! My wife gave birth to a baby in this hospital. Two old lady receptionists, They are always busy chatting with each other. They were annoyed when we went to them and asked for help. They just replied that they don’t know. I don’t understand why they are sitting there if they don’t know anything? It even seemed like they don’t want anyone there. Other people also were very disappointed .
