Absolutely horrible place. They are rude, and disrespectful when speaking to you in the billing department and they don't not understand referral processes from the VA hospital. They also refuse to call the VA to communicate anything, they want you as the patient to - even though the VA hospital does not allow a patient to request or handle authorization codes.
I did a review a couple of weeks ago and it was taking down . A nurse at this hospital KILLED my mom . According to the report a nurse accidentally pulled my mom’s breathing Machine out that caused her to set an aspiration pneumonia, and she passed Away from septic shock shortly after . We never got a call from the hospital until hours later telling use it’s not looking good . I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to everyone at CentraCare St Cloud! My mother needed emergency help last week, she was treated with knowledgeable nurses, expert doctors and surgeons. Never fun being in the hospital, but this is a great hospital to be at. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent nursing. 11/10 inpatient rehab program. The occupational and physical therapists are really great folks. It was a pleasure working with them to get myself better. I was here for over a month after having a stroke. These folks saved my life and helped me to regain function and control over my left side. Incredibly grateful for the care I received here. Great hospital!
ER dr Adam Thomas is the biggest joke of a ER doctor you’ll get stay away 50ft from him. I’ll be filing a complaint against this person.
