I've heard a lot of bad things about Centra but I actually had a great experience. Called early Saturday morning and got an appointment by noon, was promptly received, got a quick Strep diagnosis, and went directly to CVS to pick up antibiotics. All the staff was friendly and kind - especially Mike and Sasha. Maybe it just depends on the time you call/what staff are available?
