I've heard a lot of bad things about Centra but I actually had a great experience. Called early Saturday morning and got an appointment by noon, was promptly received, got a quick Strep diagnosis, and went directly to CVS to pick up antibiotics. All the staff was friendly and kind - especially Mike and Sasha. Maybe it just depends on the time you call/what staff are available?
Been going to this Medical clinic since they opened. Went to walk in care...needed xray on knee...informed .Dr.Wynn... some new doctor about my arm/shoulder.it is 3days..I can hardly move my arm..I have been in medical field 40 years now retired..but work as health care advocate. It's tough getting seen by a doctor these days, but waiting over two months for an appointment is a bit much , then when you do get an appointment, it's as if the time was just arbitrary. My doctor at CMG at Southside has been great. But he must be in high demand. My last two encounters at this clinic have been horrific. First, I had a routine lab appointment that was scheduled first thing in the morning.
