We’ve had to change drs 4 times in 5 years, everyone leaves! Now seeing Pat Hayes, who is wonderful, but just found out they’ll no longer except our insurance (Humana) after January 1st. Plus, we’ve been battling with the billing office over a past bill that was coded wrong. We’ve had it! Unfortunately, it takes forever to get in with a new provider.
Have to call multiple times to get medication filled. Im told cant fill until 48 hrs. It doesnt matter if I call 5 days ahead or 2 days ahead I have to call them back at least 2 more times to get it filled. Provider lectures me it has to be 48 hrs, but if I do 48 hrs we run out of meds as they wont fill it still. I would call 48 hrs if they would do their part but they dont. Ever since Lora left we no longer matter and cant fill meds without 3-6 calls to the office. Internal issue, stop blaming the patients.
This place has gone down Hill since I started going 4 years ago. Everytime I turn around I'm having a different problem with them. I called for my refill and it's been 3 days since I called them for my refill for my medicine and when I called back I was told that my doctor hasn't read her messages for 3 days. I guess I'm going to have to find a new facility and doctor to go to if they can't get it together. This is unacceptable for a doctor to not read there messages for 3 days.
This office has screwed up my maintenance prescription causing me to run out and start to suffer from discomfort. This office has gone down hill since being with Centra and now since the sister are gone this place is the worst.
This place has gone downhill really fast. Would be better to just close it up and make it a McDonald's. Dr. Dehli was great, but he retired. Now it's essentially impossible to get a prescription sent in correctly. I have to keep calling them, 5-6 times, sometimes over weeks, because the prescriptions are always sent in incorrectly or incomplete, and the pharmacy says they can't fill them that way.
