The ladies at front desk are the best. Had appointment for blood work. Waited 30 minutes. Which wasn't bad I guess. A man was very sick respiratory troubles. He went back for blood work also no mask. There was four of us in that little cubby hole. The sick guy went before us all not sure the one drawing the blood knew what she was doing she stuck him twice. And was killing him as he said. The doctors and PAs are decent… but since Dr Blanks left, I’m not sure it’s worth staying. We are often dealing with the Patient Experience Dept and/or Andrea Moore as we just can’t get the meds right, or a pre-auth is required, etc… I’m about to start calling executives of Centra with my complaints.
I can’t always get medications sent to the right pharmacy. I got important meds sent to Caremark and not Food Lion, asked to get them sent to Food Lion, only one was sent. Dr Dehl was way too busy and eager to get moving… glad he’s not my regular doctor. Used to be 4 stars, thanks to Dr Blanks. The overall staffing situation has improved, else this review would be at 2 stars. Update: Dr Roger’s can’t get meds sent to the correct pharmacy or not at all.
