I can’t always get medications sent to the right pharmacy. I got important meds sent to Caremark and not Food Lion, asked to get them sent to Food Lion, only one was sent. Dr Dehl was way too busy and eager to get moving… glad he’s not my regular doctor. Used to be 4 stars, thanks to Dr Blanks. The overall staffing situation has improved, else this review would be at 2 stars.
Very nice people and very helpful
This is the best Group of Doctors within an hour’s drive of Penhook, VA, by far! Sometimes the extra 10 minutes drive is worth it! Always a Professional staff!
I want to give Rachel 5 stars in the Lab at Centra Medical Village. As most people I get blood draw twice a year. It’s been a negative and terrible experience since we moved here 3 years ago. I always feel like the young staff drawing my blood seem to be practicing on me! Usually takes 3-5 times and in both arms before they get enough blood to run my tests.
