The handful of times I've had dealings with Centra Med Cen at Gretna, both the ER and Primary Care, have been excellent. Not one complaint .... not one.
The worst place out here. My mom waited 2 weeks for an appointment for them to call and cancel it. And then schedule her out for 2 more weeks.
I have had a number of primary care physicians since moving to the area 5 1/2 years ago. I have some medical complexities and need a primary care physician who I feel is my advocate to see any needed specialist or have any necessary testing. With that being said; I have to say that Sheree Marilla, NP is by far the best primary care physician I have ever had. She and her nurse take excellent care of me and I am so appreciative of them. My overall health has improved vastly since being cared for by them.
I really like this place! They have kept me waiting a bit, however, I have been treated respectfully and with knowledgeable care by pulmonary team I have seen there.
I had a good experience.
