I really like this place! They have kept me waiting a bit, however, I have been treated respectfully and with knowledgeable care by pulmonary team I have seen there.
I had a good experience.
Every time I call I have to wait at least 15 mins before anyone will answer. If you have a choice to choose a dr office don't choose this one. The odds of being able to talk to someone are so slim. I have seen the front desk people just ignore the calls that come in. They don't deserve there jobs if they can't do it the right way.
I just received a survey call from a call center wanting to know my experience with my PCP, Dr. Courtney Dawson this past Friday and when I tapped the the numbers for 10 on the question if I would recommend Dr. Dawson to my family and friends. It didn't acknowledge the 10 and said zero. Instead of waiting to see if I could change it I typed 10 again. Then I hung up.
