Five days ago I slipped on ice on our porch stairs and feel hard onto the stairs and ground. It knocked the wind out of me and I was in shock and terrible pain. I lay on an ice pack while calling Centra to see if I should go to the ER at the hospital or the Urgent Care on Main Street. since it's the same corporation. I was told on the phone that I could just come in to the Urgent Care because they could do imaging there. They tell you to get there at least 20 minutes early so that you can wait for nothing.
