Waited over a week for a call back for an appointment and never received one. When I called back I was put in hold for a long time only to be followed with attitude and rude behavior. I used to be a long time patient of Dr. Browns. This was never acceptable from him. These women are the first impression of that office and I haven't spoken to a single one that makes me feel important to that horrible facility
