I used to love coming to this facility when Dr Collins nurse practitioner PCP, she is no longer with this facility the disrespect from the nurse's and staff is irreprehensible there's a nurse by the name of Sharon that works at this facility she was very disrespectful at the way she speaks to clients ( myself) they do not listen they refuse to allow you to speak to anyone when you try to make a complaint and try to cover everything up and I'm so glad that I recorded the whole conversation with Sharon at the disrespect becaus... read more

I have been trying to get a CGM back to be able to control my diabetes. Someone doesn’t know how to put in prior authorizations properly. I have jumped through hoops here in Va for the last year. I have been a diabetic for over 20 years. How hard is that to figure out. I went to a nephrologist here for crying out loud! Now I have blood sugar reading of 350 approximately according to the hospital last week and still getting a run around. Patient lives are supposed to matter. Diabetes kills but nobody cares.
