The surgeon was great, answered questions before and after my daughter's gallbladder surgery. When she experienced issues a month after her surgery follow up and called about it the surgeons nurse was extremely rude. I tried explaining it had been over a month since surgery and that she was still having constipation. The nurse interrupted me to state it had been close to 2 months since her surgery (not necessary as I had already stated it had been over a month). I was referred to CMG Bedford General Surgery for a pilar cyst and saw Dr. Mclaughlin. He was very kind and explained what I had and the procedure that was to be done. The day of the procedure, I was a bit nervous, but he and the team put my mind at ease and it went pretty smoothly! The incision site is healing up nicely! Very pleased with him and the whole staff at the Bedford center!
Dr. Miller and one of his medical students performed my emergency laparoscopic appendectomy. I have rarely met a doctor who was more thorough, patient, and kind in his interactions with me. He explained each aspect of surgery and then visited me afterwards to show me images & explain them to me. He even called my emergency contact after the surgery to let them know it had gone well.
