I don’t think Centra knows that it is a HIPAA violation to have their office staff ask questions to patients rather loudly in a lobby area when patients come in for appointments. I just wanted to say I really enjoy the staff over there at the Bedford office. They always accommodate and take great care of me, they treat me like a president in there. From check in, check out, nurses, doctors, and last but not least The Lab. The lab knows I’m afraid of needles and they distract me every time and I don’t know the needle is in my arm. Always a great experience
