Very poor customer service. Buyers beware! This financing company is not transparent, charges unnecessary fees and ther support over phone is less than desirable. Read the very fine print! They will charge you a $30 payoff quote fee! Who dos this?! On top of that, their portal is less than desirable. You are in able to view your balance. You must email or call or request the payoff. A little over a year ago, I was in need of some funding to allow for my business to complete an expansion. I reached out to a handful of companies that were suggested and Centra Funding was a clear winner. I got to work with Kevin from start to finish and he still checks in periodically. Would trust them again if I ever needed it.
Wasted 2 months of my time and theirs, and did a hard credit pull to ultimately be declined for what I had already disclosed to them in the initial outreach. If you’re looking at them as an option - look elsewhere.
Think twice before borrowing money from Centra. I purchased a new food trailer in May 2023 and financed through Centra. The salesman, Drew Kabo, assured me on the phone that there were no prepayment penalties- "it's just like getting an auto loan". Surprise! It isn't, and of course I don't have what he told me in writing. This is a lease to own sales contract that does not allow principle only payments and requires you to pay all of the interest even when you pay it off early. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STICK IT TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE DEALER. I HAvE NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. IF YOU WANT NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE SIGN THOSE PAPERS AND DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES!!!!!!!!!!!!
