Think twice before borrowing money from Centra. I purchased a new food trailer in May 2023 and financed through Centra. The salesman, Drew Kabo, assured me on the phone that there were no prepayment penalties- "it's just like getting an auto loan". Surprise! It isn't, and of course I don't have what he told me in writing. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STICK IT TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE DEALER. I HAvE NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. IF YOU WANT NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE SIGN THOSE PAPERS AND DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot pay off early without paying the full price of the loan (including interest) even though that is not stated in the contract and we were told there was no prepayment penalties. They placed a lien on my business for 5 years, even though the equipment will be paid off in 2 years. I have to pay additional money to have the lien removed before the 5 years is up. Will never do business with them again.

Great support and relationship and key to our business growth. We have now partnered with Centra on multiple purchases and find them amazing to work with, good terms found, and good ongoing support and systems.
