Had to go on 07/26/26 my Mom was experiencing excruciating lower back pain that I assumed was a Kidney Stone. I drove her to the Bedford ER. We arrived at 715pm on a Sunday night. There were about 8 people waiting in the lobby upon arrival. Once checked in we sat no more than 15 minutes in the waiting room before my Mother was taken back to Triage. This hospital was absolutely Amazing to my Mother. From the doctor on the 3rd floor to all the Nurses as well as the physicians in the ER. Every one was so kind and caring . Thank you!!!!
You will be waiting for hours! A waiting room full of people and we all have been waiting for hours.
Don’t understand how they have a 2.7 review, it should be a 5. Best nurses and care around. They helped keep me calm in an emergency and helped me get better. Thank you to everyone who works at BMH!
I was visiting out of town, went into the ER around 10pm on a Friday. Was put into a room almost immediately after checking. The nurses were so sweet and nice! The doctor was by far the best ER doctor I’ve ever had. I went in for heart palpitations while also 35 weeks pregnant. After being in a local ER the night prior, for the same thing. The doctor did a very through job and took time to explain to me every result, what it meant and give me reassurance.
