Bad living conditions, Really could use food that is edible. Toast and coleslaw is NOT a lunch.
My aunt Mary Smith was there for therapy. They were very helpful and wonderful to her. The staff were very helpful and friendly and wonderful. Thanks to all of the staff at Fairmont crossing.
Fairmont is a fantastic facility! Everyone - from the employee we asked directions from out front, to the receptionist to our Dad’s nurses, to the administrative staff we spoke with - seems to truly care about the residents and their families. The nurse proactively kept us informed about his condition. Our Dad was there for a few days for a respite for our Mom through hospice care. It was a really wonderful experience! That is particularly helpful given the difficulty of the situation. Thank you!
