In April I went to centra in Gretna three different times got three different diagnosis and all three was misdiagnosis i would not recommend you take a stray dog to this hospital this is the worst hospital in Virginia

Absolutely the most difficult to deal with as no one is willing to use common sense, if they even have any common sense at all. Rescheduled a simple procedure 2 times already and instead of simply sending the orders where they could be performed they call the person to do it themselves. And no, they do not tell you how to reach the last person you talked to but promise to send the order if you get a fax number! News reel. I GOT THE FAX NUMBER!!! NO ABILITY TO FOLLOW THROUGH!! If i could give it a 0 I would, I normally go here when something wrong and I can't go to my doctor, but my child needed to this time and we waited 4 hours in the waiting room while they keep taking people that just walk in ,and they said she was next ,then they said they take people depends on the condition, so my child probably has chicken pox or having a side effect for a meds she taking so we would probably be there for 2 days if longer ,this place wasn't like this before ,I used to tell a lot of people to go here ,but n... read more

After a long vacation out of state I was exhausted and dehydrated per my own fault. I was having a difficult time staying focused on what was going on due to exhaustion. My wife thought it was a good idea for me to go to the ER so I did. The majority of the staff was super understanding and polite. However this Depsey/Clooney wannabe doctor took himself completely too serious. Showed almost no emotion whatsoever. Should be working at a funeral home, not an emergency room.
