My auto accident took a ridiculously long time due to the stubbornness of the insurance company but Javier was persistent in representing me and he didn’t push me to just settle to get it over with. He was really a shining star in settling the outstanding medical bills (most reduced to zero), which netted me more in what I ultimately received.
