This Center is the most unprofessional place I have experienced. My husband has been going there for eight years or more. They used to be better back then, but in the last two years, they schedule patients for procedures and call you a day before to tell you, that they have to change your appointment time. Once they reschedule you because of a scheduling conflict, you arrive and wait there at least four hours for them to actually perform the procedure. They never answer the phone office called literally 20 times to get some results, this is so unprofessional.. no wonder they have bad ratings

First Time There Very Nice Friendly Like The Doctor He Talk To You In A Way You Will Understand What He Is Telling You About The Pressure I Like That

Had an endoscopy done around a few months ago (July 2024) by Dr. Lott and his team. The procedure was fine except that they must've just shoved the GI scope (the tube going in from your mouth) roughly down my throat since, after a few hours when I regained full consciousness, I noticed several bruises in my mouth and lips. You're supposed to experience bloating and overall discomfort in your stomach and throat but this lasted several days for me (about 2 weeks). This is coming from a driver, waiting for a friend, this is the hottest waiting room I have ever been in, easily 85 degrees and massively uncomfortable.
