They never answer the phone office called literally 20 times to get some results, this is so unprofessional.. no wonder they have bad ratings

Had an endoscopy done around a few months ago (July 2024) by Dr. Lott and his team. The procedure was fine except that they must've just shoved the GI scope (the tube going in from your mouth) roughly down my throat since, after a few hours when I regained full consciousness, I noticed several bruises in my mouth and lips. You're supposed to experience bloating and overall discomfort in your stomach and throat but this lasted several days for me (about 2 weeks).
