My experience with Centina has been pretty abysmal in every respect. Dishonest and incompetent is the impression I’ve been left with. If you are buying a house and will need to live in it in the next 3 years, or can’t afford to be paying both rent and mortgage for 3 years then definitely don’t go with this company. If you’re just looking for an affordable investment then it might be ok but you wont be able to rent it for a long time, and the designs will probably be a bit dated by the time you can. Our experience with Centina was so poor I wouldn’t even give them one star if that were an option. What was meant to be a 9-month build turned into a 4.5-year nightmare. We chose Centina for what we believed was a more high-end, premium finish. What we got was a standard build that looked nothing like what was promised — right down to a basic Bunnings letterbox out the front.
