My experience with Centina has been pretty abysmal in every respect. Dishonest and incompetent is the impression I’ve been left with. If you are buying a house and will need to live in it in the next 3 years, or can’t afford to be paying both rent and mortgage for 3 years then definitely don’t go with this company. Our experience with Centina was so poor I wouldn’t even give them one star if that were an option. What was meant to be a 9-month build turned into a 4.5-year nightmare. We chose Centina for what we believed was a more high-end, premium finish. What we got was a standard build that looked nothing like what was promised — right down to a basic Bunnings letterbox out the front. I’ve done a few investment builds with these guys and have always been happy with their work and communication. It’s been a smooth process every time. Looking forward to doing it all again!
Centina have been building our townhouse for 2 and a half years at South Plympton and still no date for completion.
