Purchased a townhouse off the plan. After 3 years waiting, the quality of the finished home is the worst. Countless problems, no professional, no response to repair requests, no response from headquarters either, no warranty. The worst builder in the world, the worst service in the world. I hope there are no more victims in the future. Please avoid this company.
We are fortunate enough to have been part of Centinas Guild Terraces development in Bowden and have lived here for just over 5 years now and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful three storey townhouse . The Directors , design team and Site Manager went above and beyond with great communication including frequent catchups with other owners so we truly felt embedded in the community even before we moved in ! If you are considering building I would totally recommend the Centina team … they built us a home not just a house
Centina built my property at Bowden and I am so thrilled with the result! The quality is great and the handover process went really smoothly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!
