I had billing problems which I tried to fixed within the same week of noticing the issue but I could not get a real person to help me fix them so months passed and I tried to get it resolved online but that was also a dead end. Finally after a survey that I filled out saying how unsatisfied I am someone reached out and supposedly fixed the issue but to my surprise this month, they are still overcharging me and now that person is nowhere to be found. Don’t waste your time trying to get someone to help you!
