After rampant insanity regarding a hail-damaged carport that no longer had the same materials available, Ken was referred to me. He came out, investigated the situation, and worked hard to resolve the problem. He worked with my insurance company (which did not "get it") to explain the need to replace the entire carport as the cover was no longer able to be properly replaced. They finally agreed with him.
