Cedric, the young gentleman that came to service my washer was very professional and polite. He knew what he was doing and knows his work well. I ended up needing a new washer. He came through in selling me one for very good price including a matching dryer with warranty.

I paid to have repair of a dryer. Tech brought wrong part so greased the bad part and told me that if it went bad again to call him and he would only charge me for the part on the next visit. So I paid for the repair and he went on Bing calling the last two weeks he finally comes today with the part I ask him what it is he says 165 I said is that the price of the part he goes no that’s Repair and the part I explained you told me I paid for Repair last time he had a deer in the headlight look.
