I picked up a load here. They put the straps and tarps on, but it's the drivers who have to tighten everything and make sure the load is properly secured. Four or five of us delivered to the same location, and every single load was wet in the corners, even though we all had good tarps. My broker charged me $350, and I don't know about the other drivers. Delivering loads from this place is a waste of time and money.
I had the worst experience at this company; the guys there are all from the same background and are real jerks. While loading, they tore one of my tarps and made me buy one of the ones they sell—it’s just a racket they’ve got going. Be careful when you go there to load, because they are extremely irresponsible when it comes to handling tarps.
