I showed up, saw the sight in the photo right outside the building entrance, right next to my parking space. I could not use the walkway to get to the entrance and had to move my vehicle, to enter the building. I had safety concerns. The receptionist informed me that there was nothing that could be done. Note - I informed the staff that I never wanted to ever come back to this location. They opened the door as I was leaving and looked at the same sight. I learned about center well senior primary Care from a mailer that was sent to my address, at first I was a bit skeptical but then I called and learned a little bit about center well senior primary Care.
