The worse experience I’ve ever had…. Was sit up to come out and see my 82 year old mom with dementia . CenterWell approved her visits and and the 2nd visit a smart A.. said we were not in there area. This makes no sense. Told us they would not be coming back out and left her with nothing sit up . Now we have to find someone else . The nurse that came out was terrible….. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A SICK DOG..

Took my dad here. Staff was very friendly and thorough.
I love this place. Everyone has a smile and a kind word for you. My doctor is awesome. Discusses everything with me. And so easy to get to you. Pull up in front of the door and walk in. No searching for parking. No 200-yard walks. So simple. I can highly recommend Centerwell Senior Primary Care
