Excellent, professional, kind care
Love Dr. Nauman & staff
The staff nurses and Dr. Nauman are warm and welcoming, professional and thorough.
Long, long wait times for Dr. Nauman, over an hour. For three visits she refused to discuss my blood sugar after I went off Ozempic at my gastrointeroligist's recommendation. My blood sugar had slowly crept up to over 200. That wasn't high enough for her when she finally addressed it with me. Fourth visit. Dr. Nauman is very charming AT FIRST. Getting a clearance form for surgery was a totally different story. The office called and told me to get a print out of notes from my appointment for the clearance with my cardiologist... read more
Brook Road location -1 if that was an option. Poor communication among staff, they misplace paperwork, if you leave a message the person you left it for will likely say they did not get it, they do not return calls promptly. I once reached out to the doctor on call after hours, he called and I missed the call then there was no way to reach him again. We never spoke and he was supposed to be on call. I’ve had better experiences at Walmart. A couple of staff are polite and helpful but you’re taking a chance.
