Scheduled for lab work at 0820. Waited over 30 minutes. We could see someone was in the lab but she never came out. At 0838, she came out and asked each of us our names and then went to the back. She never greeted us, just asked names. Made several trips back and forth before finally taking the first person back. She never greeted me just came to the door and said Ma'am? I've been a patient of Dr. Banerjee's long before she joined the Centerwell team. She has helped me through several chronic health issues and at 67 I'm much healthier now than when I came to her so many years ago. She is a knowledge, compassionate, supportive, willing to listen and understand my challenges and whenever possible, suggests the gentlest treatment plans. Recently Dr. B started caring for my 91-yr-old .other. Her only regret is not taking my advice to switch to Dr. B sooner!

The staff was very friendly.They seemed to work together good. The doctor was very knowledgeable very kind. Doctor B.explained things so I would have a better understanding of what was going on. A highly recommend this office.
