I am extremely disappointed with the care my elderly mother received from this nurse. From the moment we arrived, the nurse was dismissive, impatient, and showed very little compassion. My mother, who already feels vulnerable due to her age and health, was spoken to in a cold and condescending tone that made her visibly uncomfortable.
