They go beyond the call of duty. Today my ride didn't show up and I called three times and couldn't get through to them. They ended making sure I had a ride for the tests they needed to do. No office has ever done that for me. I am ,82 and no car they go beyond and beyond to help people!!!
We just visited your office today. I took my mother there when we first walked in there was 3 ladies sitting at the desk it looked like one of them was training the other on something so I am not sure if they were new, but for probably five minutes or more not one of them looked up and said hello I will be right with you, which is what they should have said. i love dr bhaskara, however, the support staff which had been great is now changed.....i was the first patient when they opened and now told i am not in their system............i will go somewhere else
Dr. Bhaskara is the best doctor I have ever had. I feel relaxed at my appointments because she is so kind and calm herself. She answers all my questions and explains the answers so carefully and then she makes sure I recently had appointments to get surgery clearance and she follows through all the time. She keeps my appointment summaries up to date on my portal. She has calls to report my results for blood test or results or other test as soon as they are available.
