The best doctor experience ever.
Fantastic experience every time! Love the girls at the front desk because I’m always greeted with a smile and a pleasant how can I help you today? The doctors treat you with respect and make you feel heard. They spend time with you really listening and even ask for your input on treatment plans. I always feel my concerns are heard and addressed. I really love this practice.
They go beyond the call of duty. Today my ride didn't show up and I called three times and couldn't get through to them. They ended making sure I had a ride for the tests they needed to do. No office has ever done that for me. I am ,82 and no car they go beyond and beyond to help people!!!
We just visited your office today. I took my mother there when we first walked in there was 3 ladies sitting at the desk it looked like one of them was training the other on something so I am not sure if they were new, but for probably five minutes or more not one of them looked up and said hello I will be right with you, which is what they should have said.
