Doctors are pretty good, office however quite a lot of difficulty in being thorough with processing referrals, making sure that pharmacies are contacted for prescriptions and for following up to confirm referrals and other specialist appointment visits when needed. It's very frustrating. Considering that this is supposed to be especially designed for seniors, they could do better, much better.
Dont, just don't do it!! I have been here for several years & it has been a steady decline. Had my blood drawn a couple weeks ago by someone rough & extremely unfriendly, now I need to change my appointment because I told them I only have Tuesdays available & guess what... nothing for 3 months even though the doctor insisted on seeing me in May at my last visit & the girl scheduled me on a Thursday... realizing this I called & no Tuesdays for 3 months!!! These people don't care if you live are die. I've been trying to get my blood pressure meds refilled for almost a week and have been lied to time after time. Guess I'll do without until I find a real doctor
