Excellent care
I am a patient at CENTERWELL West Ashley in Charleston SC . Myself and my senior counterparts were devastated on yesterday when we went to play bingo . We were told that Temple Burris our activity coordinator was no longer a part of this organization . She loved and cared about us and treated us with kindness and respect .She made us feel like family .And is a great loss to us ,as well as this organization .
Doctors themselves are pretty good, but otherwise it's a poorly run Medicare mill. Doctors appear to be overworked and staff seems to be working at half speed. 18 minutes on hold to speak to a human. I've seen people actually drive to the office instead of waiting on the phone. We've been patients for 2 years and every time I deal with them I threaten to go elsewhere.
Very pleased with Dr. Chan and the team at this CenterWell location! Dr. Chan is proactive about patient care, they have a great specialist referral network, and the office is very efficient.
I thought that I was the only one experiencing problems with this location for my mother not for me. I will post further experiences later.
