I was treated indifferently and almost rudely! I expressed desire to see an orthopedic surgeon due to a prior surgeon's opinion, and was ignored, and I was sent for physical therapy. When I called back to ask why, I was completely ghosted. I made Numerous calls, and the call center reps promised someone at the Actual location would call me, that I should wait by my phone. I am a retired nurse from New York. I’ve been in Charlotte four years. Center Well is the best I go to the one on JW Clay. Anybody needs anything any information about Center Well just ask Tyree he is wonderful. They really care about seniors. They spend time with you, they listen to you. You can talk to them like they’re close family member. You never feel rushed they have the best activities gear to all of us seniors
