University is the best. So clean and professional. The smiles are amazing and refreshing. This is the best medical office I've been in.
Shout out to Tyree for events coordinator that are open to members & non members. I do need to do an update. I was prescribed ozempic & when i tried to fill out a patient assistance form, I needed Centerwell's email address. They said they could not give it out . Has anyone heard of a business not giving out their email address? There is no way I can pay $413 a month even with Medicare insurance!
I was treated indifferently and almost rudely! I expressed desire to see an orthopedic surgeon due to a prior surgeon's opinion, and was ignored, and I was sent for physical therapy. When I called back to ask why, I was completely ghosted. I made Numerous calls, and the call center reps promised someone at the Actual location would call me, that I should wait by my phone.
