What ever you do, don't go here if you need a referral ! They are not your advocate ! I needed an urgent issue resolved and they told me the would set me up with an appointment with a specialist. The specialist spend days waiting on CenterWell for a final approval to provide care for me. < UPDATE > It happened again ! Needed approval for a second visit with the same specialist and again the same problem "No response from the Centerwell team in Altamonte Springs" so the specialist canceled the follow up appointment. Zero stars if I could give that for CenterWell West Orange. I called before going here in person to drop off paperwork to be able to get my grandparents into an assisted living facility. They said they could fill out the paperwork without an appointment and it would be done within 3 business days. That was October 23rd.
