I recently switched my mother to CenterWell Primary Care, and I truly wish I had done it sooner. As many of you know, being a caregiver for our parents requires a tremendous amount of coordination to ensure their medical appointments and referrals are handled efficiently. Brought in for an urgent visit. Had the pleasure of meeting and being seen by nurse practitioner, Sharon Smith. She took the time to thoroughly understand my history and current problem. Provided great advice and detailed explanations to manage my problem. I felt so seen and heard. Please bring Ms Sharon to the Altamonte Springs office more often. She's a fantastic provider!
The absolute worst service provided to patients by the administrative staff. They are incompetent of even confirming appointments. I arrived to my appointment and once I arrived Emily told me that my appointment had been cancelled without reason. She told me that Dr Cruz no longer works there and the staff didn’t even have the decency to do their due diligence and call me to let me know my appointment was cancelled.
