Not happy with the way the nurse practioner there in Grandview, Mo. misled my husband into signing paperwork that was not explained to him. Now he is suffering from severe pain because they refuse to refill his medication, which he has been taking, prescribed by them for years. You just treat elderly or any patients like this. Make sure that you get copies of anything they have you sign because they will not make sure you have them. We hope to speak to someone in a higher management postion there as soon as possible.
