Great place to take mom
I was met with warm greetings from the receptionist. The lobby area was clean and tidy. The nurse was knowledgeable and friendly. Answered my questions in an understandable ways. Not in hurry, made me feel comfortable. Dr Shanna Ripley was an active listener and knowledgeable. My first visit to Centerwell was amazing. I will recommend the place for any elderly that is looking for the best care.
Had a severe sinus infection and was in pain, called them 3 times on a Monday. They kept saying someone would call me back. Since I hadn't received a call back, I went to Urgent Care Tuesday morning. They prescribed 3 meds! I didn't call them again on Tuesday, waiting to see how long it took them to call me back. Wednesday at 9:30 am! Totally unacceptable!! My grandparents are patience at this Grandview site and the report they speak about when they come home after their visit is always pleasant! They mention Leslie name often on how she is very welcoming and super helpful during the duration of the visit. Thank you
Everyone here is so friendly and eager to help! Love the opportunity to meet other Seniors playing Bingo and watercolor classes. I always leave Center Well feeling energized, happy & grateful to meet other Seniors. Thank You for Caring!!
