Will Update Accordingly But What I Can Say Is KELLY TAYLOR The Case Management Specialist Who Sits At The Front Desk DEFINITELY Needs A Course On Customer Service Because Her Attitude & How She Talks To People Is Downright Rude And Uncalled For! She Has Made This First Visit A Complete Headache!
