In a roundabot way I found this sight. I WILL SAY IF YOU GET THIS COMPANY RUN AWAWY NOW I WILL EXPLAIN. I was sent to them using Humana fror WELLMED,also under Humnana. I was told by Humana agent this Dr Tapasya Mandalapu was in Contor AND WILL NOT BE MOVING. When I came in for the appointment, the laday handed me my paper work to fill out.
