My experience with Centerwell has been completely negative from the start. I was never evaluated by a physician even though I had multiple physiological problems. I was accused of being late to an appointment but when I showed proof that I wasn't, the receptionist just brushed it off. I waited and hour to have blood work done because no one had processed the paperwork. My surgeon sent a fax to Centerwell that no one could find. My husband and I have been patients at Centerwell Senior Primary Care for a little over a year. We were patients of Designated Senior Health for about three years prior to the Centerwell change. At Designated, I felt cared about as a human and a patient. Since the change to Centerwell, I’ve felt like I’m just a number. I no longer feel comfortable being treated for my health at Centerwell. My husband had appointment on Jan 27 u canceled it bc of training set him appointment for today March 27 3 months later due to training so we come all the way across town to his appointment and we're told no appointment for him he missed his Jan 27 appointment this is not right very disgusting got get beter

This facility, formerly known as Dedicated Senior health, is absolutely HORRENDOUS! They were bought by Humana through the expansion of a hedge financial group. You can never get anyone directly to the facility but by a “Foreign speaking call center. Calls are not returned, ESCALATED emails to the facility are not received as per the staff. My test for a vaginal/UTI WERE BOTCHED. No follow appointment could be made. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY AT ALL!
