I've been taking my mother there for over 3 years, and this year, 2025, she had a stroke because her blood pressure and blood sugar levels spiked. I found out from the pharmacy that they hadn't been prescribing her blood pressure medication since January of this year, and she's suffered from high blood pressure for years. I don't think they should have stopped giving her the medication; that was the cause of her stroke. Besides, the manager is very rude. I had 2 different Drs in less than 6 months I can't say nice things about the patient service they don't answer the phone in a professional manner and if you need a form submitted for insurance purposes sit comfy and wait the don't know urgency. I changed provider due to this issue.
Diana and Julissa were very helpful in answering all my questions. Smooth visit, definitely coming back again.
