They never see ya when there is an issue
Have dr. Allen as a docter and he is by far the worst doctor I've ever had in 60 years. He doesn't return phone calls,he doesn't take notes so I have to repeat myself every visit. He orders needless test that I have to pay for. If you care about your health stay away from dr. David allen
At my age I have never had a doctor like Dr. Mustelier,. She is very knowledgeable, very kind and caring about her patients. Dr. Mustelier walks that extra mile to take care her patients. She explains about results and shows she cares about you . This clinic I definitely recommend to others, all the staff members are also very kind , . They all treats you with respect. Thanks to each one of you for your service.
The doctors and nurses are pleasant and seem knowledgeable. The problem I am having is with referrals. They don’t get my referrals in on time and then when I need to call to give them a little push I have to wait for no less than an hour on the phone. Today I waited 1 1/2 hrs. The orders were sent in 2-3 weeks ago and my appointment is tomorrow. After waiting the 1 1/2 the gentleman told me they sent it in today at 11:30 am.Not sure who to blame here ( the specialist office, the imaging office, Centerwell or Humana), but I s... read more
