Centerwell in leesburg is simply the worst. I was assigned a doctor 4 mo.ths ago and have not seen her yet. I was called today to be told my appointment was canceled for tomorrow because the doctor was going to be out. I need medication for my back and they told me there was noting they could and I could see another doctor on October 6. Also another doctor there called a friend of mine without my permission and was attempting to get information about me. They are just so bad there.. would not recommend them to my worst enemy... read more
The staff, from the front desk throughout the office, is organized, friendly, knowledgeable and well-trained. Dr. Ellens takes care of our symptoms and issues well. He works hard to relieve our age-related pains and sufferings.
Your follow up with patients is terrible and your answering service never pass on messages We have been trying to get together with our Dr or office manager for over a month and have been told they would call me but I am still waiting
