Zero stars if I could give that for CenterWell West Orange. I called before going here in person to drop off paperwork to be able to get my grandparents into an assisted living facility. They said they could fill out the paperwork without an appointment and it would be done within 3 business days. That was October 23rd. Now we are over a week from then and this office isn't even taking their own phone calls, they always go to a call center where you have to repeat yourself all over again to each new person you get on the pho... read more
Dr Tariq is a rare gem. She listens very well and the she sets the ball in motion for whatever followups are necessary. She's an "Over and above" kind hearted soul. She is an excellent advocate. Yeah, you need an advocate in healthcare.
Yecenia is very helpful and very polite. She always on time to help me. I would rate her 10/10.
This place is very hard to talk with the front dest staff it's very hard for them to get the referrals correct. The service sucks.
