Phlebotomist Medical Assistant was wonderful, sufficient and painless. She was soft with her technique and professional. Thank you Vanessa! Definitely recommend.
Ibask for a referral because I broke my wrist & I get a referral for a knee specialist. I go to the office to speak to the person who does the referral & Cynthia the referral coordinator came out to see me nostrils flaring like she was ready to hit me if I said the wrong thing... it's okay for them to make these mistakes but you have no right to express your concern without feeling threatened.
The facility is clean & efficient. All the 1- reviewers need to learn how to use the portal & forget the phone. Which leads me to why I didn’t leave 5-. This is a corporate facility. Operated & overseen by insurance companies & unfortunately, not medical people. I have received quality care, referrals w/o issues & super-fast communication via the messaging option in the portal. Made appt to see Doctor Instead they gave me nurse practitioner She refused to consult doctor to renew my prescription So now I will go in to withdrawal
Zero stars if I could give that for CenterWell West Orange. I called before going here in person to drop off paperwork to be able to get my grandparents into an assisted living facility. They said they could fill out the paperwork without an appointment and it would be done within 3 business days. That was October 23rd.
