On multiple occasions, I have called on behalf of my mother, who is a patient at this facility. I have her consent and authorization to discuss her medical care. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly experienced rude and dismissive service from some members of the front-desk staff, along with poor communication and an unprofessional attitude. Today, I called simply to verify whether the office had received a fax from another clinic regarding a referral. Pedí cita, dije mis síntomas y por eso me dieron cita el mismo día, llego a mi cita y me piden prueba de COVID y no me atienden, mi problema es, porque me dan cita y no me explican que necesito esa prueba hasta que estoy ahi,. Sintiéndome tan mal y recibir ese trato de atención nada amable, no le deseo a nadie pasar por ese maltrato. Entiendo que tengan políticas, pero primero porque no las explican antes y segundo negarte el servicio de ese modo sin empatía y cortesía.
