The people at the front desk mix up everything. The medical assistants have more work than what they can handle and the center administrator, Martha, she is an angel, she does all the work, whenever she is not there everything falls apart. Poor woman can’t even take a break. They take too long to send medications and when scheduling appointments they give a paper with the wrong date or they change the date without calling the patients.
