I cannot complain about the care that I have received. Everyone has been very thoughtful, professional, and compassionate. I only wish they would get my personal information correct. Not sure where they got the address from, or my emergency contact's phone number. That is something I would recommend they pay attention to. Hopefully they are more careful when inputting our medical information. The doctors are the best and listen and pay attention to their patients.
The people at the front desk mix up everything. The medical assistants have more work than what they can handle and the center administrator, Martha, she is an angel, she does all the work, whenever she is not there everything falls apart. Poor woman can’t even take a break. They take too long to send medications and when scheduling appointments they give a paper with the wrong date or they change the date without calling the patients. Center Well has provided me with great care for two years now. The staff and doctors there are very attentive to your care and concerns. I’m so happy I choose them.
Ms Martha is And has been the greatest since I've been a patient there. Knowledgeable and reliable. She needs to be the office manager!
