I went to this doctors office for the first time October 1 because I needed to find a new primary doctor and when I got there everything was OK. Prescriptions never arrives to the pharmacy, I went to my specialist for appointment and they never received the referrals. Hard to talk with someone in the office. Always call center
Zero stars if I could give that for CenterWell West Orange. I called before going here in person to drop off paperwork to be able to get my grandparents into an assisted living facility. They said they could fill out the paperwork without an appointment and it would be done within 3 business days. That was October 23rd. A nightmare front desk not friendly, Dr.Annette didn't listen , referrals given out when you call for appointment they didn't accept insurance, don't even try to call for meds refills waiting time 10 to 15 min not recommended
