Rude/ hot tempered/ etc.she is a prime example of what a doctor should not be.
The staff here is very welcoming and friendly! The facility itself is very clean, and they offer coffee in the lobby for those waiting to be seen. I highly recommend this Senior Primary Care Center for anyone looking for wonderful treatment of their loved ones for their medical needs.
Each time you call the Beaumont office, you will have to deal with the automated system then it will give you to a care coordinator who will then transfer you to another care coordinator who will tell you they are all in a meeting or lunch. I have called and explained my situation 6 times today to 6 different people and the automated system each time and have yet to speak to a health care professional about the fact I tested positive for Covid. 10 a.m. 12:45 pm and 3 pm and each time they were in a meeting or at lunch.
