CENTERWELL Senior Primary Care Lady Lake was awesome today. Dr B got my STAT referral done faster than stat, my Medical Assistant Marie was very helpful, pleasant and thorough and most of all Melissa at the FRONT DESK who took the time to talk to me to keep me calm and reassure me and call me when my referral was approved about 10 minutes after I left the office. Everyone was awesome. I was even able to get the referral to the surgeon I requested. I am so grateful
Great visit with-doctor & nurse
I just moved to the villages and needed a new primary doctor. the staff and support staff here at centerwell are awesome, I found my people. It’s special to have them have your health care system.
8/25 Not the place for me. Staffing issues, scheduling issues, appointments kept getting pushed out. Took 6 months for a comprehensive. I've been very ill for a long time. They were unable to coordinate a complex history that requires multiple specialists. Felt bad for Doc. She appreared overwhelmed and burned out. Probably won't be back. Melissa in front office was really great.
Well today I got to go to my new Doctor, CenterWell in the Villages. Staff was great and so was the Doctor. My Medical Assistant Marie wonderful! She explained everything I needed to know. I saw Dr. B. I don’t want to spell her name wrong 😑 She was so sweet. I’m so happy I decided to go here ( my husband also goes here now).
