My experience is both good and less than expected. Their phone line leaves you on hold minimum 15 minutes when you call. Once you get someone on the line, getting an appointment is easy. I can't put my number is queue because when they call it comes thru as spam and is rejected. Currently I am having insurance issues. I'm trying to move my location from Mulberry to Eastport and I'm being told Eastport doesn't take my insurance. I highly recommend Kayla Phillips, my primary care Nurse Practitioner at the Lake Deaton Care Center. She is exceptionally professional, caring, and empathetic, and she always takes the time to truly listen to my concerns. What I appreciate most is that she treats me as a partner in my healthcare. Sooo frustrating dealing with this organization!! They have ONE phone number for their entire staff, hundreds of physicians in many different offices. Due to this, it's nearly impossible to reach the one you need. The wait time is RIDICULOUS! What a crummy way to toward your clients! I won't be with this practice for long! Do you care about your patients?? Obviously, NOT!
Great experience with Yolanda in the audiology department! She is very knowledgeable & relates to our needs so we understand. Highly recommend for hearing tests & hearing devices. Excellent care. Thank you
