Dr Munoz and her assistant Kay are top shelf. I feel relaxed and confident in their abilities.
IMO.The administrative side of this practice aren't very professional.
Please negotiate with United healthcare and continue to accept them in 2026 . It would be a huge disservice to the whole community.
Lisa, Katherine, and front desk staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Lisa is thorough in going over lab results. Answers your questions and shares helpful information. You are treated like a person vs.feeling like they rushing you so they can get to the next patient.
I had the best experience there yesterday! From the front desk staff, to the wonderful Medical Assistant, Marie and ending with the best NP Bernard. They were so friendly and accommodating of my scooter. I was treated with respect and we enjoyed a laugh or two. NP Bernard was so knowledgeable and took her time with me. I'm so happy to have found them!
