By far the worst service I have seen in 71 years. On my first visit I was given prescriptions that were NOT discussed. The ones that were discussed took me many calls , 2 visits to the clinic to get verifiable written scripts and almost 3 weeks to fulfill. I even got calls from specialists the good doctor referrred me to with ZERO discussion with me. Currently I have a UTI and have called them repeatedly to get a prescription to my pharmacy ..nothing other than we sent another note to the doctor. I have written complaints to... read more
Everyone is so nice
Getting answers for referrals and basic test results we need for our elderly family member with a very serious medical condition that seems to be getting worse daily has been incredibly frustrating. We try calling and communicating through the portal for weeks to no avail. I'm having the same experience as some of the other reviewers here who have a very difficult time getting the referrals they need for their loved ones in any kind of reasonable time frame. Communication has been REALLY poor.
Kissi is amazing such a wonderful PT you can tell she really loves what she does….
Takes them & doctor a long time to get back to you & refill prescriptions. Very frustrating!
