I absolutely adore my Dr-Dr Moleno, but something has been going on with the scheduling team. I called to renew a migraine med & asked about a sooner appt. This was 2 Mondays ago & they could see me that Friday… upon arriving, they couldn’t locate my appt. I’d have to wait another 40 minutes & anyone who’s dealt with migraines can relate- I’m sure- that in 40 minutes of bright lightening can collapse the rest of your day. My review is ONLY for scheduling team. As a new patient I selected a Primary Physician. I was given an appointment after 2 months plus. I was called to inform that an earlier appointment was available. I accepted it. Two days before the appointment date, I got a message that it would be with an FNP, not the Physician I had selected. The FNP is a person who received her licence this year, with experience in obstetric care, while I am a male senior citizen. I’m disappointed with Centerwell but I am still a patient there My doctor left and I was given another Dr Stephanie Phillips that stopped my pain meds and adhd med abruptly I was forced to go off my meds cold turkey and I experienced some pretty awful withdrawals at a time in my life that I didn’t think I would survive it I have severe scoliosis and severe spinal stenosis and I experience excruciating pain 24/7 and it’s very obvious but the doctors seem to worry about the wrong things instead of what’s best for the patient b... read more
