From the start, of joining this practice, Centerwell, it was total dysfunctional in every department. Only one doctor, out sick had to do a virtual call as new patient. Nurse practitioner didn't announce "I'm not a doctor" did unnecessary tests, they didn't listen to 'my concerns' and didn't act to almost 3months as new patient of whom I needed to see, of what I known, I needed.
