The stars are for Dr.Tan, a truly concerned and caring doctor. But you cannot reach anyone by phone to schedule, get prescriptions, test results.....a machine keeps saying your estimated wait time is 30 seconds, but it's been 14 minutes and no one answers and there is no voicemail. I don't have the Internet and I keep getting texts with links to the Internet. The Dr. told me she was giving me a referral and a new prescription and I have.not received either one. I like her but I can't go through this crap every time.
