CenterWell Pharmacy promised a seamless transition to mail-order prescription care and delivered the exact opposite. As a senior who recently switched based on those assurances, being left without a member number, ID card, or basic follow-through for more than three weeks is unacceptable. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, no one ever provided the membership information needed, and the final insult was being told that my member number was “on the card” that I still have not received.
