I make this opinion and comment to reflect on the quality of service i received as a customer of this pharmacy for over a year. I started using centerwell after a near fatal dui accident that left me blind from a eye and physicaly deformed in my limbs. I deal with limited mobility and never ending pain related to injury. Monthly im seen by a back and spine doctor whom issue me pain medication as a result. No one answers phones here... I don't think they're still in business.
Manager is very nasty and unprofessional. Hope the rest of the staff is far better!
