This is a GBP review for Centerwell Pharmacy mail order. If you need a prescription right away do not use the mail in version of the pharmacy. They are very slow. The system works for long term prescription, but not for urgent needs.
Cannot comment on the friendliness of the staff because I was on hold for 12 minutes and never spoke to anyone. Easier to get in my car and drive to the pharmacy.
I had meds that I needed right away that were sent on 4-1-26. I am still waiting on them. It was antibiotics and breathing treatments. I'm very disappointed in this pharmacy. I have been with Humana since 2016. They need to rethink using this pharmacy
