Realmente fue irrespetuoso e irresponsable llamarme y decirme que mi esposo tiene que cambiar de farmacia porque no les resulta seguir suministrado los medicamentos. Que les sale muy caro. Somos personas de más de 70 con Medicare y Medicaid . Que llamaramos al agente que nos enroló en el seguro ( CIGNA) para que nos diera opciones. La orientación es también inadecuada pues en definitiva hay que llamar al seguro directamente.
