1,000,000,000% these folks have a right to be bragged on! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Jana OT and Joi PT have been phenomenal! And you know what? They didn’t have any problems discharging and readmitting my mom once her Medicare “dis”advantage plan ended. And resources? They are full of resources…I only thought I knew about available resources for the elderly! And you know what else?
